American country music singer, songwriter, and musician Waylon Jennings was an award-winning country singer who had an estimated net worth of $7 million. On December 19, 2001, his left foot was amputated in a Phoenix, Arizona hospital due to infection arising from his diabetes. Then, on February 13, 2002, Jennings died in his sleep of diabetic complications in Chandler, Arizona. Jennings is buried in the Mesa City Cemetery, in Mesa, Arizona.
