American musician Tyson Jay Ritter has an estimated net worth of $3 million. He was born on April 24, 1984 in Stillwater, OK. He is the lead vocalist and bassist of the All-American Rejects band. He loves rock music and a big fan of AC/DC. Music has played a great role in his life especially when he was in middle school. He writes his own songs until he was in high school when he met Nick Wheeler, the guitarist and keyboardist of the All-American Rejects. After meeting Wheeler at a party during high school where Ritter was working, he offered himself to do the bass duties. He learned to play the bass during Christmas break until he could come out and join the band in the late 90s. He and Wheeler put their music skills together and this created the start of the All-American Rejects.

In 2000, while still in high school, the band made a demo that they labeled The All-American Rejects. Ritter was the vocalist/bassist. Wheeler was the drummer.  Jesse Tabish was the vocalist/guitarist who later left the group and became a member of a folk band. In 2001, they recorded their self-titled album The All-American Rejects with producer Tim O’Hier. The album and their first single Swing, Swing were released by the end of 2002. Ritter also worked with Mike Kennerty who was the rhythm guitarist as they began looking for additional members. Tim Campbell became the drummer but they were having a problem with him. He was soon replaced by Chris Gaylor who played in another band with Kennerty.

Tyson Ritter and the members of the All-American Rejects band became successful in their music. They began selling their album and created their own music. The band has received lots of awards and honors. Their songs have reached the Billboard chart.

Ritter has graduated earlier to pursue his career but walked together with the class a year later. Most of his family is now living in Medicine Lodge. He is related to John Ritter on his father’s side. He is also related to Jackie Ritter Oyler and her two kids Myrna and Adrian Oyler through John Ritter’s uncle. He moved out of Stillwater, OK to Destin, FL where he lived with his girlfriend, model/actress Kim Smith. He has been dating Kim since 2003 but he soon confirmed that they already broke up in 2009.
