American TV actor and music producer Romany Romanic Malco Jr. was born on November 18, 1968 in Brooklyn, NY. He is popularly known as Romany Malco. He is a fairly wealthy personality. He started his career at the age of seven as a rapper. After moving to Texas, he formed a rap group called R.M.G. during his teenage days. When they relocated in Los Angeles, the group signed a deal with Virgin Records and they changed their name to College Boyz. Their first big hit single in the early 90s that went number one on the top of the rap charts was “Victim of a Ghetto.”

Malco was working as a music producer on The Pest (1997) when the actor John Leguizamo was impressed with his personality ad he encouraged him to try acting. He made his feature debut in the action flick The Wrecking Crew in 1999. He landed the lead role in the TV movie Too Legit: The MC Hammer Story (2001). He also co-starred in the independent film Churchill: The Hollywood Years (24) along with Neve Campbell and Christian Slater. In 2005, he made his best performance in the big as the streetwise, trash-talking womanizer in the hit The 40 Year Old Virgin as Jay and as Conrad Shepard in Weeds with Mary-Louise Parker and Elizabeth Perkins.

Romany Malco appeared as a phone-in guest on the July 29, 2006 episode of the NPR show “Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me.” He was nominated in the 2006 Screen Actors Guild Award – Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy. He also hosted an episode of the popular YouTube channel Equals Three (=3) on September 11, 2012 when the regular host Ray William Johnson decided to pursue another project.
