American singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, and actor, Faheem "T-Pain" Najm, has an estimated net worth of $35 million. The Florida-born rapper helped bring AutoTune to the forefront of hip-hop. T-Pain started up in a rap group called Nappy Headz but went pro as a solo R&B artist after he recorded "I'm F**ked Up," a personal take on Akon's Top Ten hit "Locked Up." Akon heard the track and took T-Pain under his wing with a contract on his Jive-distributed Konvict Muzik label.

Since the release of his debut album, T-Pain has produced numerous hits of his own and for other rappers and R&B singers. He has won several awards including two Grammys, one with Kanye West, and one with Jamie Foxx. T-Pain is also the founder of the record label Nappy Boy Entertainment, established in 2005. The “I’m On A Boat” crooner has racked up over 60 guest appearances since the beginning of 2010. He also beefs up his bank account with concerts and side ventures like the I Am T-Pain iPhone app and film roles including Lottery Ticket (2010).
