George Boedecker is an American businessman with an estimated net worth of $100 million. He co-founded the world-renowned shoe brand, Crocs, along with Scott Seamans and Lyndon "Duke" Hanson. They aimed to produce and distribute a foamclog design acquired from a company called Foam Creations. Originally, the shoe was developed as a boating shoe. In 2002, the company unveiled its first model, the Beach, during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in Florida. There were 200 pairs produced for the event and were sold out. Since then, it has sold more than 300 million pairs of shoes in a variety of styles.

Boedecker served as the company's CEO from July 2002 until December 2004. From June 2002 to May 2006, he served as the Director of Crocs Inc. Under his direction, Crocs was once considered as the fastest growing footwear company in the world. Currently, he serves as the managing member and founder of the Oregon Food Concepts LLC, a company that manages and owns the Quiznos franchise located in Washington and Oregon.

George Boedecker was arrested in Boulder, Colorado for DUI in 2012. However, he denied that he was the one driving the car. He claimed that his girlfriend Taylor Swift was behind the wheel but left him at the scene.
