Dr. Viatcheslav Moshe Kantor was born on September 8, 1953 in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. He completed his PhD in Spacecraft Automatic Control Systems from Moscow Aviation Institute. He is currently married to Kristina Villones. He has four children. He currently lives in London where he has been serving as the President of the European Jewish Congress (EJC) since 2007.
