Hong Kong-based businessman Vincent Lo has an estimated net worth of $2.3 billion as of April 2016 according to Forbes. He currently serves as Chairman of the construction and building materials firm, Shui On Group.

After his graduation from the University of New South Wales, in Australia, he returned to Hong Kong to borrow a huge sum of money from his father, who was a property tycoon. In 1995, he acquired his first cement plant which was based in Chongqing. This led the Shui On Group to become one of the top three cement companies in China. Under his direction, the company has carried out several property development projects in many cities in China which include Foshan, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Dalian and Wuhan. In addition to Shui On Group, Vincent Lo also serves as the Chairman of the construction, cement and real estate company, SOCAM Development.
