Born on September 10, 1966 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Timur Asqaruly Kulibaev is known for his significant influence in the country's hydrocarbon industry. He is a graduate of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Currently married to Kulibayeva Dinara Nursultanovna, Timur Kulibaev has three children named Deniza, Alishya and Altay. He was reported to have two children with Kazakh socialite Goga Ashkenaz.
