At age 8, Robert Hervajac's family moved to Canada. After attending University of Toronto, he decided to work for IBM. It was in 1990 when he founded BRAK Systems. Ten years later, he sold it to At&T for a reported amount of CDN $30.2 million. Later on, Hervajec claimed that he was able to sell BRAK System for US $150 million. After the purchase of the BRAK System, he began serving as Vice President of Internet Security.
