American businessman Rick Tigner is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kendall Jackson Vineyard Estates.  He has an estimated net worth of $5 million and an annual salary of $1 million. Mr. Tigner attended San Diego State University between 1982 and 1984 where he earned a degree in business. He was also a member of the Delta Epsilon Fraternity. For more than 20 years, he has worked in the wine making industry. He has worked at Miller Brewing Company, Gallo and Louis M. Martini.

In 1991, Rick Tigner began working for the western division of Kendall Jackson. By 1995, he was named the national programming and pricing manager. Prior to this, he was a division manager in two addition division. In 1996, he was appointed vice president and general manager of Regal Wine Company and served until 1998. He then served as the senior vice president of sales and distribution of Kendall Jackson. In June 2001, he was promoted to executive vice president for sales and distribution. He was later promoted to executive vice president of sales while overseeing the worldwide sales of the company.

Tigner is also known to star in an episode of the CBS show Undercover Boss on Sunday, January 29, 2012. During the second episode of the third season of the show, he spent a week working in the fields and bottling plants of Kendall Jackson. At one instance, he accidentally caused a total shutdown of one of the bottling plants while attempting to maintain the proper pace in the assembly line.
