Gisele Bundchen is putting down new roots now that her divorce from Tom Brady is finalized and they’re both seeing other people.

The supermodel recently invested $9 million into a lavish Florida estate that boasts a soccer field and an equestrian ring. Interestingly, the transaction was facilitated with the assistance of Joaquim Valente's sister-in-law, a close friend who shares Gisele's passion for jiu-jitsu (and is her rumored romantic interest).

As per real estate records, Gisele recently acquired the 9-bedroom property in Southwest Ranches, an upscale enclave situated approximately 30 miles to the northwest of Miami.

The estate boasts a cutting-edge equestrian arena featuring 10 spacious horse stalls, aligning perfectly with Gisele's and her children's shared passion for horseback riding, a hobby they've enjoyed together, even embarking on horseback riding excursions in Costa Rica with her rumored flamed, Joaquim Valente.

Situated on an expansive 7.5-acre parcel, the property also offers an outdoor culinary haven complete with a hibachi grill, pizza oven, BBQ pit, and a wine fridge.

The main residence offers a first-floor master suite with a luxurious sanctuary plus its own private sitting area, well-appointed bathroom, and an ample walk-in closet. A striking floating glass staircase leads to the remainder of the residence.

Moreover, the gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, showcasing Italian-imported quartz countertops and an oversized island complete with a breakfast bar.

This isn’t Gisele’s only home in the area. She also owns an $11.5 million mansion in Miami, which is directly across from the property her ex-husband is building his new residence.

She bought the property at the end of last year, with reports saying the supermodel hopes the close proximity to her ex’s house would make it easier to co-parent their children.

The Miami beach residence spans an impressive 6,600 square feet and is equipped with an array of top-notch amenities, including a state-of-the-art home theater, a fully-equipped gym, and a dedicated playroom for her children.

Additionally, the property features a private dock at the rear, mirroring a similar feature found at Tom's home.

At this time, it’s unclear if Gisele plans to keep both Florida properties, or if she’ll offload the estate she purchased last year in lieu of making the newer residence her main home.

Despite having a $700 million combined fortune Gisele and Tom’s divorce was relatively quick, with reports attributing that to having a tight-prenup. After Gisele filed in 2022, their shock divorce was settled in a matter of months.
