As Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian prepare for the birth of their first child together, the Blin-1882 has put his Calabasas mansion on the market, which may be a sign the married couple are finally moving in together.

Travis has reportedly listed the estate for a cool $25,000 per month. The California home features over 7,200 square feet of living space, including 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The home features a series of luxury amenities, including an outdoor poor with bar, fire pit, and a winding staircase.

Travis originally bought the property in 2017 for $2.8 million, after selling a different Los Angeles property for $4.4 million.

Travis’ decision to rent out his Calabasas mansion comes after he and Kourtney admitted to not living together, even though they tied the knot in Italy last year. During an October episode of Amanda Hirsch's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast, Kourtney disclosed that she and her husband, Travis Barker, continue to reside in separate residences despite their wedding in May 2022.

"We're in the place where we're figuring out how to blend our households and our kids and what does life look like now? So for the most part, I think we're getting those things in place," the reality star explained.

Both Travis and Kortney have three children each from previous relationships. The Kardashians star said that they have family dinners at Travis’ place once a week, which was only a block down from her Calabasas mansion.

"We have our routines within our house. Like, when the kids are at their dad's house, I stay at his house and there are still nights when we'll stay at each other's houses in between,” Kourtney explained. “But, I get up at six in the morning and I carpool every morning and then I go straight to his house and have matcha," Kardashian explained. "He has it ready for me."

Kourtney said that one day they plan to live under the same roof, but for the time being, having separate residences was working for their blended family. But now with a new baby on the way, it appears Travis and Kourtney may be officially merging their households, though it remains unclear where they’re settling.

While Kourtney owns a number of properties across California, including Calabasas, she and Travis went in on a beach front property together last year for $15 million, which could become their main residence sooner than later.
