Drake’s former mansion has hit the market, but it’s going for a high price tag. The Beverly Hills mansion that the rapper once called home is currently selling for $62 million. It’s a relatively new build, which explains the high cost, as it was built in 2021. It was previously priced higher at $65 million.

Nicknamed the “Elementi,” the property has a wide range of luxurious features that factor into the price. This includes a bridge made from glass, a master bedroom suite, and a pool with adjoining hot tub. Moreover, the entire home features floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of downtown Los Angeles.

Drake never owned the property, though he may be rethinking it now. He previously rented the home for $215,000 a month briefly in 2021, before it was sold for $42 million that summer.

With a reported net worth of $250 million, Drake doesn’t have a shortage of stunning homes to his name. He owns a 35,000 square foot mansion in his hometown of Toronto, Canada. The home is surrounded by 4.4 metre walls to offer the rapper the utmost privacy.

He originally bought the property in 2016 for $6.7 million, before starting construction on his dream mansion, now valued at over $100 million.

Last year, Drake added another mansion to his portfolio when he bought a massive estate in Beverly Hills from singer Robbie Williams. It’s unclear how much he spent in the deal, but it’s reported the home cost anywhere between $50 million to $70 million.

Around the same time, he listed three of his Hidden Hills properties in a single deal. The rapper hoped to sell the side-by-side lots together, which included his infamous YOLO estate. But he was also prepared to part with the biggest one for $14.8 million if they failed to sell together. In the end, Drake accepted a much lower price for the YOLO mansion -- $12 million, to be exact – and sold the properties separately.

For a time, the estate was Drake’s most luxurious, with 12,500 square feet of living space and features like a mechanical bull, wine cellar, tasting room, and indoor movie theatre. Outdoors, there are amenities such as tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, an 80-foot waterslide, and equestrian ring.

There were many famous folks interested in Drake’s YOLO estate, including Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner, who both attended an open house, before the property sold to a unnamed buyer.
