Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde broke up in July 2021, but even though it’s been nearly two years, the exes are continuing to fight about the custody of their children in a very public manner.

Most recently, Olivia claimed that Jason doesn’t pay child support for their two children, son Otis, 8, and daughter Daisy, 6.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Olivia alleges that she pays for the majority of their children’s expenses and that Jason is refuting her requests for child support, despite having a higher income.

“[Jason] is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter,” she stated, the court documents reveal.

"While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children's care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs,” the actress continued.

Olivia added that her ex-fiancé has a “significant superior” income to her.

In addition to retroactive (and future) child support, Olivia is asking Jason to pay $500,000 in legal fees, arguing that it’s fair because of his higher income.

“I am asking the Court to make an order regarding child support so that I can adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason’s standard of living,” Olivia continued.

“I am also asking that Jason make a contribution to my attorney and accountant fees and costs, not only due to him being in a significantly superior position than me financially, but because the vast majority of the fees I have incurred have been due to Jason and his counsel’s egregious, unnecessary, and aggressive conduct," she went on.

The Don’t Worry Darling director said she spends over $100,000 a month on expenses related to their children.

“It is undisputed that he earns significantly more than Olivia and has greater access to funds. Jason shares equal responsibility with Olivia for the support of their children, yet Olivia has borne the lion’s share of the expenses for their children since the pendency of this action,” she added.

The former couple haven’t directly commented on the court documents’ revelations, but sources say that the documents may be misleading. "Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship including everything related to the children," an insider told PEOPLE.

"Jason took it upon himself to initiate the proceedings in the first place to ensure that the kids would be properly cared for by both parents based on the court deciding what is fair financially going forward,” they added.
