Rebel Wilson recently proposed to her girlfriend Ramona Agruma, and she did so with a stunning diamond ring from Tiffany & Co.
The actress announced the proposal via Instagram on Sunday with a series of images of the engagement. Rebel popped the question at Disneyland, California. “We said YES!” she captioned the post alongside a series of pink hearts.
"Thank you @tiffanyandco for the stunning ring and to Bob Iger and the incredible team at Disneyland @disneyweddings for pulling off this magical surprise!" Rebel continued.
Rebel later opened up to PEOPLE about how she chose her fiancé’s engagement ring, which features 2.55 carats of diamonds.
"Our friend Hugh, who set us up, gave us Tiffany heart charms on our first-ever date in Los Angeles in late 2021," the Pitch Perfect alum explained. "So, it's amazing to celebrate our engagement with a gorgeous Tiffany's ring."
According to The Mirror, the engagement ring is likely worth $150,000 USD.
The couple were first publicly linked in January 2022 when they were spotted spending time together. But they didn’t confirm their relationship until the following June.
Australia’s Sydney Morning Herald allegedly reached out to Rebel, claiming they were planning to run a story that would expose her new romance. In response, the actress decided to announce the relationship on her own terms. She subsequently shared a selfie of her and Ramona to Instagram.
“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince … but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess,” she captioned the image, using the hashtag #loveislove.
Rebel became a first-time mother in November when she welcomed a daughter, Royce, via surrogate. She kept the news private until after her daughter’s arrival, and then made an Instagram post debuting the baby.
"Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate," she captioned the post. "I can't even describe the love I have for her, she's a beautiful miracle! I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making.”
The actress was on a fertility journey before she met her now-fiancé, so it’s unclear if Rebel and Ramona decided to have a baby via surrogate together, or if the timing was coincidental.
Nonetheless, Ramona has been openly supportive of Rebel’s baby. She even through her then-girlfriend a baby shower ahead of the infant’s birth.
