Britney Spears may have to pay a generous divorce settlement to Sam Asghari if he gets his way. However, the singer doesn’t seem concerned about money, as she’s apparently turning down many social media deals that could make an easy profit.

TMZ recently discovered that Britney Spears has been actively avoiding various social media endorsement deals, despite the potential for substantial earnings from Instagram posts.

Multiple companies have reached out to Britney's representatives, inquiring if she would be willing to endorse their products online in exchange for a significant sum of money.

However, sources revealed to the outlet that Britney has declined these offers, partly because she didn't have a favorable opinion of the companies involved. Additionally, it's noted that these companies sought more than just a simple post; they were interested in organizing a full-fledged photo shoot and video content featuring the former Disney star promoting their products.

Celebrities can make millions from single social media posts if it’s endorsing a product. Kim Kardashian is reportedly one of the most well-paid stars online, and has been said to make $1 million from single Instagram posts.

Last month, it was reported that this is exactly Meghan Markle’s rational behind re-joining Instagram following a years-long hiatus, as the Suits alum apparently expect to make millions from her notoriety on the platform.

Interestingly, however, Britney Spears doesn’t have the same motivation to make money from her online antics, even though she’s made it clear she’s not afraid to bare it al online (even for free).

Social media collaborations aren’t the only income-generating opportunity Britney has turned down recently. Earlier this month, it was revealed the “Circus” singer was approached by OnlyFans, who want to know if she was interested in releasing explicit content on their platform, where fans would have to pay to access it.

It's been reported that some OnlyFans creators, like Blac Chyna and Danielle Bregoli, can make millions in annual revenue from the controversial site. However, though Britney was briefly in discussion about the possibility, she reportedly turned it down, as she doesn’t want to be associated with pornographic content.

Britney currently has a $60 million net worth. Reports say that her and Sam Asghari’s prenup entitles him to $1 million for every 2 years of marriage, to be capped at $15 million after 10 years. However, he filed for divorce after 14 months, so there’s a chance he could walk away with nothing, though there remains speculation he’s trying to get a more generous settlement for himself.
