Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian are soon going to be next-door neighbours, as their side-by-side mansions are almost completed.

The mother and daughter duo began constructing the homes in April 2021. At the time, it was reported they were building modern farmhouse estates in a private Calabasas location. Photos at the time showed huge swimming pools going up in the backyard of each property.

The land was originally being sold as a single estate, but Kris and Khloe reportedly went on the plot together to secure their side-by-side homes. It’s reported they each paid $10 million to secure the plot of land.

Newly published photos show two homes, one darker and another lighter. Khloe is reportedly taking the lighter colored one. Khloe also got the bigger property, with 18,000 square feet, while Kris’ has slightly less at 17,000 square feet. Even though the land features two separate residences, they use a shared driveway space.

Even though Kris and Khloe will soon be moving, they still have several other properties between the two of them. In 2014, she purchased a Mediterranean-inspired home in Calabasas from Justin Bieber for $7.2 million, though she eventually sold the property in 2020.

Khloe went on to buy a Hidden Hills property in October 20220 for $17 million, while Kris reportedly bought an estate for $20 million within walking distance to Khloe’s, which foreshadows their future side-by-side homes.

Like her mother and sister, Kylie Jenner is also in the midst of constructing a new property. Earlier this year, it was reported the makeup mogul had begun construction on a mega mansion. She purchased the property in 2020 for $15 million, and it’s also reportedly close to Khloe and Kris’ Hidden Hills homes.

Kylie’s new home will reportedly features 18,000 square feet of living space plus a 12-car garage and guest house.

The mom-of-two also has a $12 million home in Hidden Hills, while her primary residence is reportedly a $36.5 million estate in Holmby Hills.

Additionally, Kylie owns a mansion in Beverly Hills with her ex-partner Travis Scott. The former couple put it on the market last fall ahead of their break-up following the holidays. They originally wanted $21.9 million, but are now asking $19.9 million in hopes of finding a buy quickly. The pair originally bought the mansion in 2018 for $13.5 million.
