One of Lisa Vanderpump's most significant expenses is her Beverly Hills mansion that she named Villa Rosa. Screen Rant noted that the estate is over 8,000 square feet and sits on over two acres of lush greenery, overlooking the hills of Los Angeles. With pink flowers growing throughout the property, the home has a The couple bought the home in 2011 for just under $12 million and are rumored to be selling the five-bedroom estate for something else. The Sun shared that Vanderpump and her husband took out three different loans that equal $18, 925, 400 to afford and renovate their property, but it's unknown how much of the loans the couple paid off.
Before purchasing one of the most envied homes in Los Angeles, which was all documented on RHOBH, Vanderpump used to live in a $19 million mansion in Beverly Hills. At 2,500 square feet, the home had eight bedrooms and a wine cellar among outdoor tennis courts and a pool. Luckily for Vanderpump and Todd, their former estate was lost in a fire shortly after moving out and it was later demolished.
She Loves Animals More Than People
Residing at Villa Rosa with Vanderpump and her husband are their many pets. As of 2023, Celebrity Pets shared that Vanderpump has two miniature ponies, five dogs, two swans, a retired racehorse, and plenty of fish and turtles throughout Villa Rosa’s ponds. Vanderpump has made it known on her TV shows that she loves animals more than people and gives hers a good life. For her miniature ponies, Vanderpump went all out in creating a dreamy place for them to live.
Vanderpump and her husband hired real estate developer Mohamed Hadid to design a high-end pony villa, according to TMZ. While Vanderpump isn't a celebrity with exotic pets, she treats her four-legged friends like they're family. The barn was painted pink with green trim and had endless flowers hanging by the windows. Her dogs may not have their own personal barn, but they do get to wear one-of-a-kind styles that are designed by Vanderpump and the stylist while being draped in jewels and diamonds. On RHOBH, Vanderpump showed viewers that she and a designer create clothes for the dogs — and they come with a hefty price tag.
Lisa's Incredibly Charitable
Lisa Vanderpump doesn’t just spend her fortune on animals and properties, she also gives it away through charitable donations. In January 2020, Vanderpump told Spectrum 1 News that she had been donating food to the homeless from her former restaurant Villa Blanca for 13 years. She also donated meals to the firefighters in 2018 during one of California’s deadly wildfires. Knowing how badly Vanderpump wanted to help those in need, primarily animals, she invested her money in Vanderpump Dogs — a rescue center to rehabilitate and rehome dogs in the US. In fact, Cheat Sheet shared that in 2020 Vanderpump donated over $300,000 that she earned from Cameo to Vanderpump Dogs.
Lisa Vanderpump owns many expensive things, but it's her charitable donations and allegiances that are most impressive. Bravo has also shared that Vanderpump is a large supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and has been donating and supporting their protection for years. As a multimillionaire, Vanderpump has the ability to travel anywhere she wants in the world and buy endless fashions and fast cars. However, it appears Vanderpump would rather spend her money on the things she loves most: animals, charities, and a place to call home.
