Kanye West is preparing for a comeback following his controversial behavior last year and it appears his new wife, Bianca Censori, is spearheading the strategy, as she was recently named Ye’s special power of attorney.
The U.S. Sun broke the news that Bianca had been given the legal title in order to better manage Kanye’s personal and financial affairs, as per court documents obtained by the outlet.
It appears Kanye initially gave Bianca power of attorney over one of his properties last March – the one that he bought directly across from ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Bianca oversaw the sale of the house in June. However, Ye apparently lost six figures in the transaction, given that he paid over asking price in 2021 to secure the location. He reportedly planned to renovate the home, though his plans never came to fruition.
Bianca has since taken on new legal responsibilities in recent months, and is expected to have even more now that she’s been officially named the special power of attorney.
While general power of attorney gives the person decision-making power over a wide range of topic, special power of attorney limited the power to clearly defined fields, as is the case with Kanye and Bianca.
The couple has only been married since January, when they tied the knot in a non-legally binding ceremony, with speculation it was done for religious reasons. Kanye had only finalized his divorce from Kim Kardashian months prior in November before remarrying.
Despite a quick rush down the aisle, reports say that Kanye feels Bianca gets him like no one ever else has. “Kanye and Bianca are in the honeymoon phase, they are always all over each other and showing affection,” a source told Us Weekly.
Moreover, she’s been reportedly helping him create new music and fashion designs, as they prepare to re-invigorate the rapper’s career.
“They are having a blast traveling right now and Kanye has been very inspired,” the insider continued. “He says he’s designing, writing music and being inspired.”
“Bianca has been helping Kanye with some designs, and they both think their fashions are going to be culture shifting,” they added. “Kanye feels he’s on the precipice of a big comeback.”
With reports that Yeezy sales are still as strong as ever, and anticipation over Ye’s next album, perhaps Bianca will be the key in a resurgence of Kanye’s career.
