Jessica Simpson’s family is getting a new address, as the actress has listed her Hidden Hills property for $22 million after a decade of ownership.

Situated on a generous two-and-a-half-acre parcel of land atop a slight elevation, the mansion boasts an eclectic architectural style. Visuals depict a grouping of multiple smaller farmhouses with shingle-style exteriors, complemented by a section featuring a series of modern glass panels seamlessly integrated within the design.

The expansive estate boasts a pool area complete with a spa and a hot tub, all encircled by stone pavers. Additionally, a sizable gazebo is situated to the side. Interestingly, when Simpson initially moved in, she positioned a model cow in the driveway.

Moreover, in 2019, following the arrival of her child, daughter Birdie, Simpson and her husband, Eric Johnson, undertook an expansion project, connecting the guest house to the main residence to better suit their growing family's needs.

The long-time couple originally bought he luxe property from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for $11 million in 2013.

In August, Jessica revealed that she and Eric had temporarily relocated to Nashville, Tennessee with their kids for the summer. Now, with the couple selling their family house, it could signal a more permanent move across the country.

"Being in Nashville, even my kids are like, 'You laugh the whole time. You're so happy,'" Jessica told E! News earlier in the year. "It's because I'm not on guard. I'm with a lot of like-minded people. It's not about the celebrities—it's really about the music and the heart and the conversation."

The fashion designer, 43, admitted it’s been a “hilarious” experience so far as her family adjusts to a new way of living.

"I used thumb tacks to hang these $40 curtains up so I wouldn't wake up with the sun," she continued "I put together a TV with a butter knife. I was looking for a screwdriver, but I went to the wrong place. I went to Walgreens, I got lip gloss instead."

Moreover, Jessica implied the move, albeit temporary at the time, has been good for her career, explaining it’s allowed her to connect to her country music roots. "I'm not nervous at all, but if you were to ask me two years ago when I was talking about coming back to music, I was frightened," Jessica explained. "But now, I know exactly what I want."

"I'm building my own platform. I'm doing it for the first time—the way I would—without a label telling me I need to do this song or use this producer. It's all me,” she went on.

Jessica Simpson’s net worth is currently $150 million.
