Lionel Messi’s real estate collection is as stunning as his soccer career.

Lionel Messi, the Argentine soccer king, has made headlines with his extraordinary skills on the field and his impressive real estate portfolio. With an estimated net worth of $600 Million as of 2023, Messi has acquired a collection of wealthy homes in various parts of the world, including Spain, Argentina, and the United States. Each property showcases his love for modern design, luxurious amenities, and prime locations. This article highlights Lionel Messi's real estate empire, delving into the intricate details of his magnificent homes.

Lionel Messi’s massive $600 Million net worth has facilitated him to expand his real estate portfolio to several nooks and corners of the world.

Barcelona: A Decade-Long $2 Million Home Base

Nestled in the prestigious neighborhood of Bellamar, Castelldefels, just outside of Barcelona, Messi's primary residence for almost a decade was a stunning $7 million mansion. Initially bought for $2 Million in 2009, when Messi won his first Ballon d’Or, the mansion is currently valued at an impressive $7 Million, as stated by AD. Messi and his wife Antonela further cashed millions of dollars in renovations which also involved buying off the adjacent plot.

Messi’s property spans over 1.5 acres and boasts a modern design with large windows, allowing for abundant natural light and a stunning Mediterranean and Catalan Hills view. The mansion features a spacious living area, a fully-equipped gym, a home theater, and an indoor soccer room. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a large swimming pool, a soccer field, an enormous terrace equipped with barbeque facilities, and a playground for his children.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery, providing privacy and a serene atmosphere for the soccer star and his family. Other amenities at Messi’s decade-long home include a 15-mile distance from the Camp Nou stadium and the geographical advantage of being in a no-fly zone.

The $5 Million Oceanfront Condo In Sunny Isles Beach, Miami

In 2019, Messi paid $5 million and bought his first US property, an oceanfront condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The apartment, spread across 3,555 square feet, features three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It is in a 60-story skyscraper called the Porsche Design Tower, known for its glass-enclosed car elevators and top-of-the-line amenities. The condo offers stunning ocean views and a spacious living area, making it an ideal retreat for the soccer legend. As per GQ, Messi listed the apartment for $7 Million in 2021.

In 2021, Lionel Messi purchased yet another property in Miami, this time in the form of a $7.8 million full-floor condo at the Regalia building in Sunny Isles Beach. According to NY Times, located just ten blocks away from his Porsche Design tower condo, the 5,500-square-foot residence features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a 1,000-bottle wine cabinet, and 2,100 square feet of private terrace with wrap-around views.

The $7.8 Million condo boasts several top-of-the-line amenities, including six swimming pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a children’s playhouse, a spa, and a champagne bar. The condo's modern design and luxurious amenities made it a perfect home base for Messi, but he re-listed it after just seven months of purchase.

Messi's $4 million Argentina Estate And $11 Million Ibiza Home

One of the most recent additions to Messi’s real estate portfolio is in his hometown of Rosario, Argentina. Messi has built a massive $4 million estate that pays homage to his roots. The property spans over three plots of land and is often labeled as The Fortress, as per Daily Star. It features a stunning main house, a guest house, and a soccer field. The main home boasts a modern design with large windows, allowing for ample natural light and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The estate also includes several outdoor amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a massive underground garage with around 15 parking spots. With its luxurious amenities and proximity to Messi's family, the Rosario estate is a perfect getaway for the soccer star visiting his home country.

In September 2022, Messi again shelled out a whopping $11 Million for a stunning villa on the picturesque island of Ibiza. Construction of additional rooms in the villa’s garage before Messi’s tenancy led to some unavoidable legal complications, which delayed the required certificate of occupancy. There is not much information available for this villa as Messi has yet to move in, but it will most likely be a vacation home for him.

Lionel Messi's impressive real estate portfolio reflects his success on and off the field. Each property showcases his love for modern design, luxurious amenities, and prime locations. As Messi continues to make his mark in the world of soccer, his collection of stunning homes serves as a testament to his hard work, dedication, and passion for the finer things in life.
